Weekday Inquiries
Messages received Monday through Friday before 3 PM usually get responses the same day. After that, you'll hear from us by mid-morning the next business day.
Weekend Messages
We check email on Saturdays but keep it light. Weekend inquiries typically get full responses Monday morning, though urgent requests may get quicker attention.
Peak Season Notes
During busy months (May through September), response times might stretch to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
Where We're Based
We work out of Saskatoon's Stonebridge neighborhood. While most of our event work happens on-site at client venues throughout Saskatchewan, you're welcome to visit our prep kitchen by appointment if you'd like to see where the magic happens.
